Bias is holding women back at work. Whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it harder for women to get hired and promoted and negatively impacts their day-to-day work experiences.

 

I led my team to design the 50 Ways to Fight Bias card activity—starting with prototypes and performing user testing, and moving on to design the identity system, produce the accompanying video series, run the product photoshoot, and design the web experience. The cards are also available as a digital presentation for large groups or workshops—meeting in person or virtually.
